Payments and Fees for Room Hire and Functions

A small deposit of 20% of the final agreed figure is required to confirm your booking. Cheques payable to OCC , cash or cards are acceptable. The final figure is required 7 days prior to the event  - when we ensure all your needs are discussed and agreed. (I.e food, disco, table plan and seating)

Due to recent events – it has become necessary to ensure to review of pricing structure.

Room hire – covering the setting up and subsequent clean – from £20 plus VAT per hour.

Weddings/receptions – minimum fee £500 plus VAT. The main bar is available for use, the day before (to save time on the big day) but for an additional cost of £250 – as we give up potential income etc.

Wedding evenings – same costs as per other functions

Bar staff – cost dependant on function.

Linen – minimum £40 plus VAT, dependant on function. You may provide your own linen or table covers at no charge.

Food – you may provide your own food but are unable to use the kitchen facilities – due to Health and Safety constraints. Our cost for you to provide your own food is £45 per function.

Disco – you are able to provide your own DJ/Music – but again, due to Health and Safety advice – we have to have sight of the Public Liability and Electrical Competency certificates prior to the function. You may wish to choose from one of our 5 resident DJ’s – all of whom charge £170 per session.
