All Stars

The hugely successful All Stars programme will continue for the 2026 season.

Oswestry Cricket Club has always invested in our Junior programmes, it is engrained in our DNA, and much of our success on the field has come from our home grown talent, where our teams now start with our Under 11 teams, where we play both softball and hardball. However, our particiaption with the ECB All Stars programme allows us to go even further, and for us to have the ability to so five to eight year olds how much fun playing cricket can be, and the benefits of playing in the outdoors.

The ECB All Stars programme is a country wide initiative aimed at providing children aged beteen five and eight with a great first experience in cricket.

The programme is run by our club Captain, Steve Humphreys and his team of willing volunteers and guarantees children a fun and action packed 8 x one hour sessions at Morda Road during the summer. Parents are encouraged to take part, but there is also nowhere else better on a sunny summers evening in Oswestry to relax at Morda Road with a drink from the bar!! 

The dates of our All Stars Programme for 2026 are on the following Fridays, all between 1800 and 1900:

Welcome to our All Stars Program for 2026   

We are pleased to announce the details of the continuation of our very successful All Stars Program for 2026. 
All Stars is a wonderful way to introduce children aged between 5-8 to the great game of cricket,  with activities to promote fun and physical fitness, it's also great for confidence building and social interaction. 
Parents/Guardians can also get involved with our sessions. 
We cater to all abilities and have fully qualified ECB coaches.
